How to use Photoshop Actions
Please note that I’m using Photoshop CS3 so it might be different for a different version of Photoshop1. Firstly you have to download a Photoshop Action that’s compatible with your PS version (you can download some from here) and then unzip it.
2. Now open up any image in Photoshop
3. Select Windows > Actions or press ALT+9 on your keyboard
4. A window should pop up
5. Click on the icon selected in red :
6. Now when the selection menu comes up after clicking the icon, select Load Actions…
7. A window will pop up, find the file where you put your actions. Then select it and load it.
8. After you’ve loaded it, the action should now appear in the actions file in Photoshop. Select the action you want to use and click play.
Now the Action will start playing on your picture / photo!
