New York is Calling

I’m going to New York in 2 days! I’m looking forward to Walmart, because that’s what America is all about. I’m just really looking forward to getting out of here. Who knows, maybe I’m going to stay there and spend the rest of my life hitchhiking across America. I don’t know how I’d survive without a cent to my name, but I’ll figure it out.

My parents have to shell out a lot of money this Christmas. When my mom heard about the tipping system, she was spewing profanities for hours, “I don’t care how rich those bastards are, I’m not paying 10% service charge!” When I get back to Hong Kong, they’re going to make me live off leftovers for a month. “After spending so much money on that crap in New York, we can’t afford those Premium US Steaks you insist on eating everyday.”

So I’m going to post my Christmas/Birthday list here, and basically, you read it, you buy it. And I’m subtly hinting people I know in real life to buy something on the list. HINT HINT. Plus I’ve sorted the list into two sections to make it easier for you all. Just in case you all think I’m a self centered narcissist, it’s my Birthday AND Christmas so I should be entitled to better gifts. It would be like Jack Black and Oprah giving birth to a baby, by combining their genetic qualities, you’d get a big fat daddy of a kid.

You’re so lucky, Rainie! First Thailand, now NY :O You’re too rich bahhahha. LOL so typical thrifty HK parents. We are so contradictory sometimes. Heck, you have such a long list of things… You gotta learn how to be less greedy! teehee. Now I feel weird having only asked for a few albums from my favorite musicians. :P Well, have a wonderful Christmas!

Eh, we got to the cinema because it was the last day at school before Christmas vacation :D We go to the cinema every year.
I think Edward and Jacob are hotttt lol. But Jacob’s hair in Twilight is really weird and his hair in New Moon is super cute.
I don’t know any of those Asian soap operas you mentioned haha, but in “brothers” the brother don’t ends up in coma and loses all his memories or dies XD
Have you never seen snow before? :| Omg, it snows every year here! Sometimes in April haha.
Omg are you from Hong Kong? My uncle and aunt live in Hong Kong! I’ve been there twice! There are so many cool stores. It rains a lot in Hong Kong, right? And I find it’s very hot over there.

It is nice to see that you are getting to see different parts of the world. I would really like to see Thailand. I actually grew up in New York, and moved to Florida this past year. I spent seventeen years living in NY, but not the city. I only went to NYC once and it was for my Senior trip in high school, haha. I am excited to see how you liked it.
